Assembled and wired by our qualified electrician, you'll receive your sign ready to go - simply install onto the wall, plugin to your power point and operate with the included remote.
Logo Requirements
- The best logo formats are AI, EPS, SVG or high resolution PDF/PNG.
- If your logo was made in Canva, you can download it as an SVG.
- We cannot accept jpeg or screenshots.
- If you have a brand or style guide, please forward this to us.

Returns
As our products are personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns.
Acrylic Colours may differ between screens vs in person. No returns are accepted for colour differences, so please choose carefully. We are happy to provide support if you need help choosing the best colour for your brand.
In the rare event your items are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

How do I customise my Backlit Acrylic Sign?

What sizes are available?
Our standard sizes are detailed above, however if you require a custom size, let us know and we can provide a quote.
What colours are available for the LED lighting?
You can choose from warm white, cool white, and RGB (multi-colour). RGB options come with a remote for changing colours and effects.
Is the sign suitable for outdoor use?
We can offer outdoor-rated options with weather-resistant materials. Please specify if the sign will be used outdoors when placing your order.
How is the acrylic backlit sign powered?
Our signs come with a plug-in adapter that connects to a standard power outlet.
Is installation hardware included?
We include x4 standoffs which you need to drill into the wall (screws not included as you will need to use screws that are suited to your individual wall). A template is provided to make the process easy.
How long does the LED lighting last?
The LED lights are designed to last up to 50,000 hours, providing years of consistent illumination.
Can I see a proof of the design before production?
Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for your approval before we begin production to ensure the final product matches your expectations.
